Uncle Bob's Place is an affordable housing development in Seattle's Chinatown-International District. As part of the outreach effort to attract the building's first residents, I was brought in to apply the existing brand identity across print and digital — making sure no one was left out of the application process.
Working from the established brand guidelines, logo, and visual assets, I designed a print brochure suite for community members without internet access, covering floor plans, income eligibility, rental pricing, and application details. A complementary website carried the same visual language for those who preferred to engage digitally.
The website has since been updated. Screenshots shown here reflect the original design I worked on in 2022
